The World�s First Affordable Pull-Up Aid Device

The Pull-Up-Assistant enables virtually any 4th through 12th grade student perform a �real� pull-up using existing indoor or outdoor bars. Now any unfit 4th grader can be given the opportunity to perform the �correct� skill, recruiting a full range of the correct muscle groups. The Pull-Up-Assistant makes success a reality. A frustrating fitness test component becomes an achievable goal, pull-up strength is dramatically increased and a large number of students go on to achieve unaided pull-ups.

Here�s How It Works:
The Pull-Up-Assistant is attached to existing pull-up bars, via mountain climbing quality straps and hardware. A secure foot platform and bungee cords act to effectively reduce the weight of the user. With weight reduced to low enough levels, pull-ups can be successfully accomplished. As strength and repetitions are increased to established levels, the number of bungee cords are systematically reduced. Slowly, students become less dependent on the Pull-Up-Assistant and more dependent on their own muscles. Eventually, for many, reliance upon the Pull-Up-Assistant is completely eliminated.

Here�s How Effective It Is:
In a carefully monitored and documented program at Elkton Elementary School located in Elkton, VA, 4th and 5th grade students achieved the following unassisted pull-up results after a 4-month training period using the Pull-Up-Assistant:
