Sitting Volleyball in Physical Education Similar to regular volleyball, movement is restricted, and play is directed toward technique not power. The game does not favor one person over another but rather "levels the playing field" and leaves the "activity door" wide open.

A 1.15m high net and a regulation volleyball are used during official games, but you can substitute "VB-Trainers" to accommodate the ability level of the participants. Front line players must maintain floor contact with their buttocks during an attack hit or block. A smaller 10m x 6m court still give the 6-player teams plenty of territory to cover.
