KickTrainer Instruction Guide
Created And Written By Maynard Pierce
#1-24142
Introduction
The KickTrainer can be secured to almost any shoe in any shoe size in just seconds. This remarkable training device applies a smooth resistance to the leg while in the punting or kicking motions. Once removed after use, the kicker's leg feels lighter and can kick with more power and strength.
For Punting/Field Goal Kicking
Step #1
Put harness over shoe of established kicking leg.
Step #2
Attach bungee cord hook to rear slot of harness.
Step #3
To anchor the bungee cord, wrap it around a stable object and hook it back on to itself. You can use a game standard, goal, fence, bench, wall, ground anchors, a chair with a student sitting on it, etc.
Step #4
Step into the punting motion, extending the leg as high as possible. Continue through several repetitions of this stroke.
For Soccer Kicks
