Introduction

KwikCrossHurdles are designed to provide you with the ultimate combination of portability, storage and function. Since you�re now reading the guide of the set you�ve purchased, you�ve already gained an appreciation of the first two. The storage/carry bag contains 6 complete hurdles, each comprised of only 2 components; 100% assembled KwikCrossHurdle frames and their crossbars. You will never require more than 1 frame and 1 crossbar to set up 1 hurdle that you can quickly adjust to 7 different heights*, between 8" and 27".

Set Up Instructions

1. Spread the color-anodized �X� Frame Support to approximately chest width.

2. Unfold the ground support rods so that both the �X� frame and floor tubes snap flat against the walls of black, right-angle, brackets.

3. Examine the underside of the yellow crossbar and you will find 5, equidistant pairs of oblong holes. The numbers used in the height chart below are assigned from left to right. Hole numbers 1 and 10 are the 2 outside holes, while 5 and 6 are the 2 inside holes.

4. Using the chart below, select the height at which to adjust your hurdle. Always begin on the left, using the 1 to 5 holes. Using the height chart below, insert one of the �X� frame�s 2"H-vertical tips into the 1 to 5 hole you�ve selected. While holding the left side tip in place, slide the �X� frame to open or close in order to slip the other 2" vertical in the appropriate 6 to 10 hole. It�s that simple, and the more you and your students use it, the faster the setup will become.

*Height Adjustments: Note that as these are not precisely, calibrated competition hurdles. Exact measurements may vary � 1/2"
