PocketMates expand your ability to segment groups. Rather than just red and yellow, you now have the ability to subdivide and identify. Each PocketMates pinnie has a see-through mesh pocket, sized to hold 3" x 5" index cards.

Suggested Activities

"Getting To Know You" Name Cards
An ideal way for teacher(s) and fellow students to learn names. Have each student clearly print their name on an index card and slip it into the pocket. Younger students should have their name cards printed or typed out by the teacher.

Position I. D.
Cards that identify the various positions for a particular sport or activity, turn PocketMates into teaching tools. Position identification helps focus attention, both for the wearer and the other participants, on the responsibility that position is a part of the whole team or group. It�s a good way to demonstrate that success requires a team effort that comprised of individual efforts.

Favorite Teams/Favorite Players:
PocketMates free you from the boredom of "Reds vs. Blues." It can now become "American League vs. National League," "American Football Conference vs. National Football Conference" and "Pac-10 vs. Big Ten." This is easily accomplished by having students create cards with the names and/or logos of their favorite teams. They can even become their favorite players. You can subdivide teams into divisions. Instead of playing red vs. yellow softball, turn it into an "AL vs. NL" All-star game.
